Located in the desirable Island Section of Hampton Beach, 6 Epping Avenue Front is a single-family cottage with room for the whole family. From the front porch, you’re just a few minutes walk to the sand of lovely south beach. The cottage is also just a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops and attractions of the Hampton Beach boardwalk.
The front of the cottage opens up to the living area with chairs and couch, as well as cable TV. In the rear of the cottage is a well-stocked full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Three of the bedrooms have a full-sized bed and the fourth is a bunk room. Private lane in the driveway with parking for 2-3 cars in tandem. Around the back of the cottage is a shared grilling/picnic area. One window air conditioner in the cottages living area and WiFi is also offered.
