WAITING LIST OFFERS - PLEASE READ
- The following list is MOST of the availability for summer 2024. However, please check back often over the next week as some properties have come in late and other guests may make changes. We will send another e-mail if there are any significant changes, as well as a reminder e-mail before the deposit "switch" deadline of March 2nd.
- Enter your dates in the search box below to see availability. All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Any of the openings on those pages can be booked right away.
- You have until March 2nd to move or refund a deposit. If you see a property you like, booking it now will not remove you from the waitlist and you will have the option to make changes as new properties are released. After March 2nd the normal cancellation policy applies.
- Bookings are first come, first served. We are unable to hold reservations by e-mail or phone message. Placing a deposit in the only way to secure a property.
- Reservations require a 40% deposit at time of booking. Credit card, e-check, check and cash accepted. 3% fee for credit/debit transactions (MC, Visa, AMEX & Discover). eCheck available over the phone at no cost (please have routing and account number ready). If paying by eCheck, please complete the online booking process and select "Bank Transfer" at check-out. You will need to call us within 24 hours to provide the information. We will remove the Online Booking/CC Fee from your invoice when the payment is processed for eCheck.

- On Saturday, February 24th we hold our annual open house which kicks off the first day of in-person showings. You can sign-up using the button below. We will be posting a list of properties available to be shown mid-month.
- After booking, you will receive a tentative reservation. After an agent reviews the details, payment will be processed and you will receive a full confirmation. We may contact you for additional information. Reservations are only confirmed during our business hours, but your tentative reservation will hold the date.
