You have until March 4th to move or refund a deposit. If you see a property you like, booking it now will not remove you from the waitlist and you will have the option to make changes as new properties are released. After March 4th the normal cancellation policy applies.
Bookings are first come, first served. We are unable to hold reservations by e-mail or phone message. Placing a deposit in the only way to secure a property.
Reservations require a 40% deposit at time of booking. Credit card, e-check, check and cash accepted. 3% fee for credit/debit transactions (MC, Visa, AMEX & Discover). eCheck available over the phone at no cost (please have routing and account number ready). On Saturday, February 25th we hold our annual open house which kicks off the first day of in-person showings. You can sign-up using the button below. Please also click the link for properties unavailable for showings.
After booking, you will receive a tentative reservation. After an agent reviews the details, payment will be processed and you will receive a full confirmation. We may contact you for additional information. Reservations are only confirmed during our business hours, but your tentative reservation will hold the date.
