Harris Real Estate rents units to families on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Returning customers may reserve the same unit for same week for the coming year between February 1st and March 1st. On the first Saturday after March 1st we open up all rentals to all.
To better serve you, our process is as follows:
- Use the Rental Request page to let us know what you are looking for and specific dates.
- We will email you available units, with a link to pictures of each unit.
- If possible, we recommend you view the cottage in person. No appointment necessary.
- We are open seven days a week (except Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas week).
- Upon your request, we will hold a unit for 3 days for you to make a deposit.

Our Policies:
- All rentals subject to 8% Room & Meals tax and $25 rental fee
- No pets allowed
- A 40% deposit is required to hold any rental by cash, check, Mastecard, Visa, Discover
- Balance is due two weeks prior to stay
